“I normally do not leave reviews but I feel morally obligated to do so in this case. I had a very disappointing experience when I called this clinic and spoke with intake. I found the owner’s communication to be extremely rude and dismissive. The conversation seemed to focus heavily on emphasizing how exceptional and “the best” the clinic is, rather than listening to my concerns or engaging thoughtfully with current medical knowledge. What concerned me most was the apparent dismissal of commonly accepted, up-to-date medical information. When dealing with a medical treatment such as ketamine therapy, I expect a provider to be open to questions, respectful of differing perspectives, and willing to discuss current evidence rather than relying primarily on claims about their own expertise. Based on this interaction, I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the clinic. First impressions matter, especially when seeking care that requires trust and confidence in the provider.”

“Did not work out well for us. Practitioner has rough bed side manner which clashed with my daughter’s needs when deeply depressed. Fear of needles and infusion made it hard. Did not finish past 4 treatments and depression got much worse during the course of it. Avoid if you need someone gentle.”
